Trains and monitors staff in positive manner on hospital and department policies, safety, sanitation, computer use, and documentation. Communicates employee, equipment, and department needs to management. Supports management and peers by words/action. Decision Making: Independent judgment in making decisions involving non-routine problems under general supervision. Working Relationships: Has input on performance evaluations but does not prepare or give.
