Performing logistic operational work regarding Export & Import operations, be a hands-on team member to ensure all required steps, documents, & submission needed on Export-Import fully compliance with local regulation. Work closely with 3PL warehouse, planner, leaders, and customs authority to ensure smooth Export & Import processes, implementation and continuous improvement of processes in Export-Import area. Collect related docs & put on archive for further track & trace visibility and customs audit purpose. Job Responsible: HS Code Analysis for all import materials (import requirements / regulations, tariff, historical consistency) Shipping documents checking, coordination with International Logistics (Ecolab shared service for shipment tracking) Request for PIB drafting to Custom Clearance Agent (PPJK) + PIB Checking & Approval Import duty payment process to Citibank Delivery / transport arrangements after custom cleared (SPPB) Process Goods Receipt in SAP Arrange delivery to customers (single customer Ecolab International Indonesia) à optimize trucking space + timely collection of DO return Check and authorize Custom Agent Invoice billing calculation KBLI & HS Code Analysis for New material creation Fully responsible in Custom Audit Requirement: Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, etc), Science, Logistics, Transportation or related field and min 2 years of experience in Export-Import operations.
