โข Excellent communication skills, able to articulate technical concepts to nonโtechnical stakeholders.
โข Demonstrated ability to build highโperforming, inclusive teams and mentor senior engineers.
โข Experience managing multiโdisciplinary Agile teams across geographies.
โข Strong problemโsolving skills and a dataโdriven decisionโmaking mindset.
