What you'll do
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for positions across the hotel group
- Partner with department heads and hotel managers to understand hiring needs and define candidate profiles
- Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct search
- Conduct interviews and coordinate all stages of the recruitment and selection process
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for seasonal and permanent positions
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
- Maintain accurate recruitment reports, databases, and hiring metrics
- Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment events, and university partnerships
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and best practices

We are looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is passionate about finding the right talent.
We're looking for someone who:
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Has 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, ideally within hospitality or another service-oriented industry
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is highly organized and able to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
- Has excellent command of both Greek and English, written and spoken
- Is confident using recruitment platforms, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office
- Has a proactive, positive, and collaborative mindset
- Is willing to travel within Greece when required
