About the role
As a Reservations Agent, you will be at the forefront of the guest journey, turning every booking request into a smooth and professional introduction to our hospitality experience. Your role blends accuracy, communication, and service excellence — ensuring each reservation reflects the high standards of ZEUS International Hotels & Resorts.
Working closely with Front Office, Sales, and Hotel Operations teams, you will contribute to seamless coordination and guest satisfaction across our properties.

Requirements
What you’ll do
- Handle reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels
- Provide accurate information regarding rooms, amenities, services, and hotel policies
- Create, modify, and cancel reservations with precision in the reservation systems
- Manage special requests and group bookings in line with procedures
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Sales teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Support upselling and cross-selling of packages and promotions
- Address reservation-related guest inquiries or concerns professionally
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection and privacy policies

We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in reservations or customer service (preferred)
- Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Is detail-oriented and well-organized
- Is familiar with reservation systems and MS Office
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Works well both independently and as part of a team
- Has a good command of the English language
