💲Starting at $36+/hour
- Willing to get a CADC or is currently dually credentialed.

At The Recovery Village Salem Drug and Alcohol Rehab, we firmly believe that any adult facing drug and alcohol addictions, along with co-occurring mental health conditions, can begin their path to recovery. Job Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a residential treatment setting
- Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Facilitate group sessions and psychoeducation
- Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and clinical teams to support patient progress
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation (with support from Heather AI)
- Support discharge planning and continuity of care
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Behavioral Health Field preferred. High School Diploma required.
- Minimum one (1) year of work experience in behavioral health field preferred.
- OR State SUD certification required if education is equivalent to High School or Bachelor’s level. License preferred.
- CADC I,II, or III
- QMHA or QMHP and willing to obtain a CADC
- CSWA, LPCA, LMFT, LCSW, LPC
- CPR-AED and First Aid certification required.
