We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Store Supervisor at our new MACE store located in St Lukes Cross, Cork City. We are a well established butchery business expanding into the convenience retail market.
As a Store Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.
The Role
Oversee daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures
Supervise and train store staff to ensure high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction
Monitor inventory levels and order products as needed
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner
Maintain a clean and organized store environment
