The role
We’re looking for a UX Designer who cares deeply about making complicated things feel simple.
You’ll work on real product problems across Neeto and our client projects. That means understanding how something should work before deciding how it should look, thinking through edge cases, creating and testing different approaches, and working closely with engineers until the final experience feels right.
We value designers who can move comfortably from understanding a problem to wireframes, prototypes and polished interfaces. Experience building and maintaining design systems is important because we’re designing many products that need to feel consistent without becoming identical.
About us
BigBinary is a Ruby on Rails consulting company with offices in Miami, USA and Pune, India. Founded in 2011, we have worked with companies ranging from small startups to Fortune 50 companies.
We believe in learning and sharing what we learn. We created BigBinary Academy to train new engineers joining us, and made all the course material freely available to everyone. We also regularly publish technical articles about Ruby on Rails and the engineering problems we encounter.
Today, we also build Neeto, our growing collection of SaaS products across scheduling, customer support, forms, screen recording, invoicing, knowledge bases and more. Neeto gives us a place to put our engineering and product knowledge into practice.
We build these products ourselves. We use them, watch how customers use them, learn from what doesn’t work and keep improving them.
