The Power Conversion Program Manager will serve as a central coordination point between Product, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Sales, Service, Finance, and Executive leadership. Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, ambiguity, and business integration needs. Proficiency with program management tools, dashboards, Microsoft Office, and executive reporting formats. Preferred Qualifications Experience with inverters, PCS, battery energy storage systems, solar power conversion, grid-tied equipment, or utility-scale energy products. Experience supporting post-acquisition integration, new business formation, or scaling a newly acquired product portfolio. Experience with new product introduction, contract manufacturing, production transfer, or manufacturing scale-up. PMP, PgMP, MBA, or technical graduate degree is a plus. Experience working with global engineering, manufacturing, supplier, and customer teams.
