Lead or support field-failure investigations, including failure containment, root-cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and verification of effectiveness. Conduct Weibull analysis, life-data analysis, trend analysis, confidence/reliability calculations, and other statistical evaluations to characterize product performance and failure behavior. Provide reliability input to product specifications, validation plans, manufacturing controls, service strategies, warranty planning, and continuous-improvement initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in reliability engineering or a related discipline; master’s degree preferred. 8+ years of reliability engineering or a closely related field. Hands-on expertise with accelerated life testing, accelerated stress testing, reliability demonstration testing, environmental testing, and other methods used to assess product life and robustness.
