THE JOB: The Assistant Manager Bars & Lounges plays a key role in supporting beverage operations across BetMGM Restaurant, Eight75 Lounge, and LUX Lounge at Beau Rivage. In this dynamic leadership role, you will help oversee daily operations, develop and support beverage teams, and ensure each outlet delivers exceptional service while maintaining its unique atmosphere. From managing operational needs to upholding service standards, you will help create memorable guest experiences across our diverse bar and lounge venues.
