Job Responsibilities Receive all incoming invoices (mail, email, and fax) Scan and verify invoices Process all invoices timely Assist to ensure on time payment of invoices Provide internal and external customer service Enter bank wire requests Apply pre-payments for monthly AMEX charges Gather and support monthly visa charges for employees Perform weekly audits of all incoming emailed invoices Perform other duties as required and assigned by manager and upper management.
