Job Description and Requirements The Trainer I facilitates instructor-led and virtual learning experiences that support employee onboarding, foundational job readiness, and operational effectiveness. This position is responsible for delivering established training programs, assessing learner understanding, and supporting employees as they acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to successfully perform their roles. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: The Trainer I is an enthusiastic and professional learning facilitator responsible for introducing learning curriculum to new and existing employees. This position delivers instructor-led and virtual training programs focused on onboarding, systems, products, services, compliance, and member service expectations. The Trainer I supports learner development by providing instruction, answering questions, reinforcing key concepts, and evaluating participant understanding throughout the learning process. This position maintains learner records, and training resources while providing feedback regarding participant progress and engagement. The Trainer I supports a team-oriented learning environment by participating in department projects and collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure training content remains accurate and relevant. This position maintains current working knowledge of RBFCU policies, procedures, products, services, and information contained on the intranet. Travel as required Requirements: High School Diploma or G.E.D.
