About the team and the work The team are specialist insurance lawyers who work with insurers to resolve a range of CTP, workers’ compensation and public liability claims. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and highly efficient Legal Secretary to work in a supportive and collaborative team environment. Working in a busy litigation practice, you will be responsible for: Opening new files and ongoing file management. Drafting documents such as letters to clients. Collating briefs to experts and counsel. Filing documents with the Courts and Insurance Commission of WA. Billing (generating prebills, making necessary amendments, and finalising prebills). General administrative tasks such as calendar management, arranging meetings, invoicing, and more as required. This role will suit a legal administrator looking for challenging and diverse work in a down-to-earth team. The position is available on an initial 12 month fixed-term contract.
