INFORMATIONS Titre de poste : Responsable de secteur/Responsable de Clientèle Secteur : Corse Durée : CDI Date de début : Dès que possible Le Responsable de secteur Corse développe le chiffre d’affaires et la présence des marques de glaces sur son secteur, auprès des clients In Home (IH) et Out of Home (OOH). Sur le périmètre OOH : Développer le chiffre d’affaires auprès des clients professionnels du Hors Domicile, en collaboration avec le réseau de distribution Relais d’Or Miko. Fidéliser les clients existants, prospecter de nouveaux comptes et négocier des contrats de référencement auprès des acteurs de la restauration, du snacking et des loisirs de plein air. Accompagner le référencement des produits, vendre les opérations promotionnelles et renforcer la visibilité des innovations et des marques. Représenter les marques lors d’événements et temps forts commerciaux. Suivre les performances du secteur dans le CRM et réaliser une veille concurrentielle. Contribuer au développement des compétences commerciales de la force de vente du distributeur au travers de formations et d’accompagnements terrain réguliers. Sur le périmètre IH : Assurer la présence permanente des produits en points de vente et le référencement des nouveautés. Optimiser l’implantation des produits en linéaire afin de maximiser leur visibilité. Négocier et mettre en œuvre les actions promotionnelles. Analyser et suivre les performances du secteur : distribution numérique (DN), ruptures, évolution du chiffre d’affaires, etc. Effectuer une veille active de l’environnement concurrentiel. LE PROFIL QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS De Formation supérieure allant du Bac+2 à Bac+5 selon votre profil, vous bénéficiez d’une première expérience réussie en tant que Commercial, idéalement dans le secteur de la distribution : Vous êtes rigoureux et organisé Vous avez une bonne capacité d’analyse de la performance, un fort esprit d’équipe et un sens commercial développé, Vous avez un très bon relationnel et le goût du challenge, Vous faite preuve d’autonomie et êtes orienté résultats, Le permis B est obligatoire Why join us?
