What You'll Do Perform maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles while delivering quality work and keeping efficiency top of mind. Diagnose vehicle concerns and find the right solutions to get customers safely back on the road. Test-drive vehicles when needed and document repairs, findings, and completed work. Use your own tools along with dealership equipment to complete repairs safely. Keep your work area clean, organized, and ready for the next job. Treat every customer's vehicle with care and return it in the same clean condition it arrived. Participate in manufacturer and ASE training to continue building your skills and advancing your career. Stay current on the latest vehicle technology, repair procedures, and service information. Work with service advisors, technicians, and other team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Help maintain a safe workplace by reporting any safety concerns.
