Efectuar la toma de servicios, teniendo en cuenta las actividades, tareas y registros descritos en el instructivo para la Toma de Servicios. Incentivar al cliente al consumo de servicios, demostrando conocimiento y presentando alternativas de servicios. Informar al supervisor de producción y personal de logística al Auxiliar de Logística, vía telefónica, los pedidos solicitados por el cliente. Verificar que todos los servicios se encuentren relacionados en la Planilla Control Producción diaria, el cuadro de programación diaria con su respectivo comprobante de abordamiento, a fin de garantizar su facturación. Informar y entregar al coordinador de Producción toda la información que sea necesaria, para la programación de servicios. Coordinar los servicios con el Auxiliar de Logística, para cumplir con las necesidades y requisitos del cliente. Informar al Auxiliar de Logística y personal de Rampa el aumento de los vuelos, cierres, comparando la salida de la Planta con el cierre dado por la Aerolínea. Generar y mantener la base de clientes que con frecuencia solicitan pedidos, a fin de comunicarse con ellos para conocer y/o confirmar sus necesidades y manejo de cotizaciones. Recibir del cliente sus inquietudes, sugerencias, quejas y reclamos y transmitirlas al jefe inmediato. Recibir y verificar toda la facturación generada en Plataforma y Planta, según el servicio solicitado. Brindar al cliente interno y externo un trato cordial y amable durante la toma de servicio.
