This position requires the following, but is not limited to: Assemble provided content into online learning using a variety of eLearning, prototyping, graphics software, and related technology. Collaborate with internal business users, IT, and subject matter experts to accurately develop visual design concepts including graphics and screen mock-ups. Using provided content, create storylines and storyboards for use in video creation. Record audio for videos using approved scripts. Assist in creating requested knowledge checkpoints to assess course learning effectiveness. Troubleshoot issues in learning management system. Proofread and edit scripts. Collaborate with subject matter experts, other Instructional Developers, and Instructional Designers to ensure content created is accurate and satisfies the goals of the project. Apply current usability and user-centered design best practices when creating eLearning and similar materials to develop relevant and applicable training. Maintain punctual attendance according to an assigned work schedule at a Company approved work location. Desired Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, educational technology or related field of study; or several years’ related experience or training Experience in eLearning development, graphic design, video production preferred Strong levels of organization, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively with individuals and teams. Ability to oversee and facilitate the completion of multiple projects at the same time. Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate, in both oral and written formats, in a polite, clear, concise, and accurate way. Well versed in proper spelling and grammar.
