In this role, you'll provide professional and timely support to our sales team and customers. Solve customer inquiries, prepare quotes, process/expedite orders & returns Source parts from suppliers nationwide Assist in generating sales by upselling, adding on, & educating customers Help in the stockroom & deliver orders to customers as needed Qualifications & Skills: 1+ year customer service, inside sales, mechanical or maintenance experience preferred High school diploma, GED or equivalent required Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
