Sommaire du poste Le ou la représentant(e) des ventes internes industrielles est responsable du développement et du maintien des relations d’affaires avec les clients industriels. Agissant comme principal point de contact pour les demandes de produits, les soumissions et le suivi des commandes, cette personne travaille étroitement avec les équipes des ventes externes, du service à la clientèle et des opérations afin d'offrir des solutions adaptées aux besoins des clients. L’objectif principal est de contribuer à la croissance des ventes, à la satisfaction de la clientèle et à l'atteinte des objectifs commerciaux de l’entreprise. Responsabilités principales Développement des ventes Répondre aux demandes de prix et préparer des soumissions précises et compétitives. Identifier les occasions de ventes additionnelles et croisées auprès de la clientèle existante. Effectuer des suivis réguliers sur les soumissions émises afin de maximiser les taux de conversion. Participer à l’atteinte des objectifs de ventes et de rentabilité de la succursale. Collaborer avec les représentants externes pour développer de nouveaux marchés et comptes stratégiques. Gestion des produits et des soumissions Maintenir une connaissance approfondie des produits industriels, équipements, outils et services offerts par l’entreprise. Vérifier la disponibilité des produits et les délais d’approvisionnement. Assurer l’exactitude des prix, marges et conditions de vente. Travailler avec les fournisseurs afin d'obtenir les meilleures conditions commerciales. Conditions de travail Poste à temps plein.
