TITULADO ✅ Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en industria automotriz o centros logísticos de distribución. ✅ Experiencia liderando equipos de 20 o más colaboradores. ✅ Conocimientos en logística, almacenes, embarques, inventarios, FIFO, calidad, mejora continua y manejo de indicadores. ✅ Manejo de Kronos, Workday y Microsoft Office. ✅ Inglés básico. ✅ Disponibilidad para viajar. Principales responsabilidades: • Supervisar y coordinar las operaciones logísticas de recepción, almacenamiento, distribución y embarque de vehículos. • Garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, seguridad y medio ambiente (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, WOW y Safety First). • Administrar personal operativo, incidencias y recursos para asegurar la continuidad de la operación. • Implementar estrategias de mejora continua para optimizar los procesos logísticos. • Asegurar el control de inventarios, almacenamiento bajo metodología FIFO y cumplimiento de los objetivos operativos.
