To be seriously considered for the role, please have the following regarding: Experience: At least 2 years in a similar role successfully meeting and exceeding customer expectations. Experience in an office environment is preferred with a background in customer service or inside sales. Skills: You have a customer first mindset and must be an excellent communicator who can establish and maintain effective relationships with anyone. Lastly, you must be able to effectively manage details on your way to meeting deadlines. Characteristics: This is a result driven role, so you must be energetic, resourceful and hands-on with a strong customer service orientation. RESPONSIBILITIES: As a Customer Service Representative at Sonoita Propane, you’ll meet your goals on your own, experimenting, learning and adjusting as you go. Along our journey to become the leading platform in the propane space, you’ll be responsible for: Greeting customers via phone or walk in, assessing their needs, recommending options and providing assistance. Creating new customer accounts, collect payments, and assist in all daily processes in the office. Responding to customer inquiries regarding propane services, pricing, delivery schedules, and product offerings. Collaborating with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of services. Maintaining knowledge of all products and services to educate customers.
