About the Role We are looking for a skilled and motivated Fullstack Java & React Engineer to join our development team. In this role, you will build modern, high-performance web applications across both frontend and backend layers using Java, Spring Boot, React, and Next.js. You will work with a strong focus on clean architecture, usability, reliability, and maintainability, owning features end-to-end from design and implementation to deployment and production support. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications across frontend and backend components. Build and enhance backend services, APIs, and microservices using Java and Spring Boot. Develop modern, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces using React, Next.js, and TypeScript. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Own features throughout the entire development lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing and production deployment. Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices and coding standards. Contribute to architectural decisions with a focus on performance, scalability, security, and maintainability. Participate in code reviews and support continuous improvement of development processes and engineering quality. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the full application stack. Requirements Professional experience developing applications with Java and Spring Boot. Hands-on experience building modern web applications with React and TypeScript. Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and distributed systems. Experience with Next.js and modern frontend development practices. Good understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and clean architecture. Experience working with relational databases and data modeling concepts. Familiarity with containerized environments and cloud-native application development. Experience with automated testing and CI/CD practices. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset. Ability to work effectively in agile and collaborative development environments. Good command of English, both written and spoken.
