Keep commitments, and raise questions or capacity concerns early when priorities need to be sorted out. Measure What Works: Gather feedback, review learning data, and evaluate program effectiveness. Use what you learn to improve learning experiences and show the value of L&D work. Keep Learning Current: Stay aware of learning tools, technology, and practices that could improve the learner experience, strengthen program delivery, or help the team work more effectively. Qualifications 7+ years of hands-on experience in Learning & Development, training, Human Resources, or a related field. Experience owning learning programs or projects from planning through delivery, including stakeholder coordination and follow-up. Experience designing and facilitating practical learning experiences for a range of audiences, from individual contributors through senior leaders.
