What You’ll Do Bridge Business & Tech: Partner with product owners, stakeholders, and delivery teams to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements. Fuel Agile Delivery: Translate business needs into clear user stories and specs that align with sprint goals and product vision. Champion Quality: Collaborate with Dev team to define test strategies and ensure solutions meet expectations. Analyze & Improve: Use your knowledge of Commodity trading processes to identify opportunities for optimization. Drive Collaboration: Actively participate in agile ceremonies—sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives—and contribute to continuous improvement. Document & Communicate: Create process flows, functional documentation, and support solution demos and workshops. What You Bring At least 5-8 years of experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar role supporting Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) systems is essential. Experience with leading ETRM platforms such as Allegro, Openlink (Endur/Findur), Right angle, Aspect CTRM, TriplePoint Commodity XL, or similar commodity trading and risk management solutions is highly preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communicator—able to bridge technical and non-technical teams. Exposure to commodity trading processes and systems in Oil & Gas, including crude oil, natural gas, refined products, trading operations, scheduling, risk management, and settlements. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative setting. Experience supporting test planning and execution. Ability to create functional workflow diagrams Bonus Points For Experience in digital transformation projects. Comfort working with global teams and enterprise systems.
