We're seeking an experienced HRIS Payroll Lead with deep expertise in Workday Payroll to lead the evolution of our global payroll technology ecosystem. This is not a support role. This is an opportunity to serve as the strategic and technical leader for Workday Payroll, driving innovation, optimization, and transformation across a complex multinational environment. What We're Looking For: ✔ 5+ years of hands-on Workday Payroll experience ✔ Strong expertise in: Workday Payroll Payroll integrations Business process configuration Security administration Reporting & analytics Testing & release management Vendor management and third-party payroll interfaces ✔ Experience supporting payroll in a multinational environment ✔ Ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders at multiple levels ✔ Strong consultative, problem-solving, and communication skills Preferred ⭐ Workday Payroll Certification ⭐ Experience with Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, and Workday Integrations ⭐ Agile or Scrum experience ⭐ Experience supporting global payroll transformation programs Why World Fuel?
