Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and generation of comprehensive reports that detail project timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify reporting requirements and ensure reports meet stakeholder needs.
- Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Design and implement effective reporting tools and frameworks to streamline data collection and reporting processes.
- Manage the reporting team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high-quality output.
- Ensure compliance with reporting standards and accuracy in all deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 12-15 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or project management.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex data insights clearly and effectively.
- Experience in leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the construction and project management industry is a plus.
