MSPS Athens, holding a leading position in the Integrated Marketing and Sales services sector, is seeking to recruit a dynamic & self-motivated HR Executive, to join the Human Resources team.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive to support both our HR operations and recruitment processes. This dual-role position is perfect for someone eager to grow their career in human resources while gaining hands-on experience in talent acquisition.
You’ll play a key part in maintaining HR compliance, supporting employee lifecycle activities, and assisting our recruitment team in sourcing and onboarding top talent. If you're organized, people-focused, and ready to learn, we’d love to meet you!
Responsibilities
- Identify and source recruitment channels and potential candidates.
- Manage job advertisements across professional sites, job platforms, social media & internal career pages.
- Conduct structured interviews, review resumes with ATS-integrated filters, build candidate shortlists, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience through each stage of the process.
- Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (e.g. Workable) in all levels.
- Support all stages of the employee lifecycle, from hiring through to offboarding.
- Manage all relevant employee data within our HRIS, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Advise employees on HR policies and respond to requests.
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and collaborate actively in HR projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in HR or recruitment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HR systems or ATS is a plus
