The team you will be part of
Our Operations Team ensures that everything runs like clockwork behind the scenes—managing warehouse activities, inventory flow, and fulfilment with precision and efficiency. From stock accuracy to timely dispatch, the team plays a crucial role in delivering a seamless end-to-end eCommerce experience. With a strong focus on process, coordination, and control, Operations keeps our promises to customers and clients every single day.
The part you will play
You will turn multi-structured data from OMS, WMS, and ERP into clean data tables and automated reports. Your work replaces manual Excel downloads with scheduled, self-checking pipelines. Identify data errors and coordinate with Country Operations for timely action.
As the Operations Data Analyst you will take charge of
- Handle raw data using both manual and automated methods. Maintain datasets: raw → cleaned → reporting layers
- Automate data loads and refreshes using scheduled queries, Python, or Apps Script
- Run inventory reconciliations (WMS vs ERP vs OMS) and flag variances
- Perform data quality checks: row counts, duplicates, nulls, mismatched SKUs, late loads
- Maintain dashboards and weekly/monthly reports for Ops users
- Document tables, logic, and jobs so others can run and troubleshoot them
- Handle ad-hoc data requests with clear, verified answers
- Identify data issues. Coordinate, track, and resolve them with the Country OPS.
Requirements
- 1–2 years in a data analyst, BI, or data engineering role
- Good at Excel / Google Sheet
- Logical, detail-oriented: checks totals, traces mismatches to root cause
- English for documentation and work communication
- Having knowledge of BigQuery (partitioned tables, scheduled queries, cost-aware querying), Python, or JavaScript (Apps Script) for automating loads, API calls and file handling is an advantage.
- E-commerce, retail, logistics or marketplace data experience

- You don't have to manage everything in Excel, we run a lot of processes on our advanced inhouse systems and automate where we can. Many of our warehouses are fully API integrated. Of course, being precise and good with numbers will help in any system.
