Maintains records or logs. Verifies completion and accuracy of information. Sets up and maintains files and records. Essential Functions Coordinate and schedule shipments with freight carriers and couriers Prepare shipping documentation, labels, and paperwork for both domestic and international locations. Maintain accurate records of shipping activities. Coordinate and prioritize outbound shipments with production personnel. Ensure company safety policies and regulatory requirements are met at all times. Additional Responsibilities Performs other duties as assigned. Skills and Abilities Provides service-oriented attitude in support of customer shipments, both internal and external., Required Highly thorough and dependable with strong verbal skills.
