At MGIC, we take pride in knowing that what we do matters. As pioneers of private mortgage insurance, we help people achieve homeownership sooner - making affordable low-down-payment mortgages a reality. Our efforts have helped more than 14 million people get the keys to their own homes sooner than otherwise possible. Every position is critical to our company's success - from the analytical to the technical; from the innovative to the operational. The customer-facing roles to behind-the-scenes experts, we're all part of one team. We're an organization with a national footprint that's large enough to never lack for a new challenge, but small enough for an opportunity to make an impact and influence decisions. Come make a difference at MGIC. We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our Creative Services team. In this role, you'll create compelling visual communications that bring our brand to life across marketing, sales, digital, event and internal channels. We're seeking a creative problem-solver who combines strong design skills with an understanding of audience, message and business objectives. You'll collaborate with writers, project partners and fellow creatives to develop engaging, brand-consistent communications that inform, inspire and deliver results. What You'll Do Design creative solutions for print and digital communications, including presentations, social media, email, advertising, sales materials, events and internal communications. Translate business objectives and messaging into clear, compelling visual communications. Apply strong design fundamentals, including typography, layout, visual hierarchy, imagery and color. Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables while exercising sound creative judgment. Produce polished, production-ready deliverables with a high level of accuracy. Collaborate with writers, designers, creative leaders, project managers and business partners. Present design concepts and explain creative recommendations. Manage multiple projects and competing priorities while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards. Incorporate feedback effectively while maintaining design integrity. Stay current with design trends, emerging technologies and industry best practices. Perform other duties as assigned. What You'll Bring 2+ years of experience related to those described above or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop). Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word. Experience using Figma for collaborative design and digital experiences. Experience designing both print and digital channels. Demonstrated ability to produce creative, high-quality work with strong attention to detail, as evidenced by a portfolio. Experience working within established brand standards and guidelines. Corporate or in-house creative experience is preferred. Why You'll Love This Role Work on a wide variety of projects across digital, print, presentations, events and internal communications. Partner with talented creatives and business stakeholders across the organization. Help shape how our brand is experienced by employees, customers and business partners. Contribute to meaningful work while growing your skills in a collaborative creative environment. Pay Range: $71,720.00 - $118,340.00 This range aligns with current market data and reflects our commitment to competitive and equitable compensation. Salary offers are based on factors such as experience, skills, education, and training. The range may vary in certain locations to reflect local market conditions. It is not typical to initiate pay at the top of the range to account for internal equity and allow for future and continued salary growth Enjoy these benefits from day one: • Competitive Salary & pay-for-performance bonus • Financial Benefits (401k with company match, profit sharing, HSA, wellness program) • On-site Fitness Center and classes (corporate office) • Paid-time off and paid company holidays • Business casual dress For additional information about MGIC and to apply, please visit our website at www.mgic.com/careers.
