What You Can Expect: Du bringst unsere IT‑Service‑Management‑Lösung kommunikativ auf den Punkt und entwickelst Inhalte für eine starke Außendarstellung (Texte, Seiten, Formate). Außerdem konzipierst und pflegst du unsere SharePoint‑basierte Infoseite – von Struktur und Navigation bis zu aktuellen Inhalten. Darüber hinaus erstellst du klare Dokus und kurze Video‑Tutorials (z. B. Screencasts), damit internationale Nutzer unsere Lösung schnell verstehen. Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Fachteams zusammen, holst Input ein und steuerst die Content‑Produktion bis zur Veröffentlichung. What You Bring: Du bist immatrikuliert (Kommunikation/Medienwissenschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik o. Ä.) und hast Lust, eigenverantwortlich mitzuwirken. Erste Praxis mit Dokus und/oder Video‑Content (Tutorials, Screencasts) – gern auch aus Uni‑Projekten oder privaten Arbeiten, wären ein Pluspunkt. Du arbeitest strukturiert, denkst analytisch und lieferst zuverlässig – auch wenn du Themen selbstständig vorantreibst. Außerdem hast du eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Spaß daran, dich in neue Tools und Features einzuarbeiten und sie verständlich zu erklären. Darüber hinaus kommunizierst du sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch (schriftlich & mündlich) und kannst Inhalte zielgruppengerecht und verständlich aufbereiten.
