The customer and contract portfolio is actively reshaped to prioritise value contribution, economic discipline and risk control over volume or legacy. You lead the organisation as a leader of leaders, setting clear expectations, measurable targets and strict accountability across the leadership team. Governance, decision‑making and escalation frameworks are clearly defined, consistently applied and personally role‑modelled. You represent the Danish business with clarity and credibility towards the customers, the Group Board and stakeholders.
