What You Can Expect: Du bedienst unsere Fahrzeugwaage eigenständig und führst das Ein- und Auswiegen von Lkw durch. Du erstellst und bearbeitest Wiegescheine, Lieferscheine sowie weitere Transport- und Begleitdokumente. Du prüfst Eingangsrechnungen und pflegst Bestands- und Lagerübersichten, damit alle Daten stets aktuell sind. Du stehst im Austausch mit Kunden, Lieferanten und Geschäftspartnern und erfasst relevante Informationen in unseren betrieblichen Systemen. What You Bring: Du hast idealerweise bereits Erfahrungen in der Disposition, Logistik, im Waagengeschäft oder in der Verwaltung gesammelt. Du gehst sicher mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen um und nutzt diese routiniert im Arbeitsalltag. Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbstständig und sorgfältig und behältst auch bei mehreren Aufgaben den Überblick.
