Launch your finance career with a leading UK organisation

Are you a recent graduate with a passion for finance, strong analytical skills and an ambition to build a successful career in the industry?

Grayce has an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Finance Consultant to join a major, well-established UK organisation with a nationally recognised reputation and a significant presence across the country.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a large, fast-paced commercial environment, working alongside experienced finance professionals and contributing to financial activities that support a business operating at significant scale.

You'll join Grayce as a Finance Consultant, benefiting from our dedicated Accelerated Development Programme while gaining valuable experience with one of our leading clients.

With a November 2026 start date, we're looking for candidates who are available to start quickly and have a notice period of no more than two weeks.

About the Opportunity

As a Finance Consultant, you'll become part of a busy finance environment, supporting financial reporting, analysis and business operations.

You'll gain exposure to the financial processes, systems and reporting activities that help a large organisation make informed commercial decisions.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, has a keen eye for detail and wants to develop practical finance experience while building a long-term career in the industry.

Depending on business requirements, your responsibilities may include:

  • Financial Reporting: Support the preparation and analysis of financial reports, ensuring information is accurate, consistent and delivered on time.
  • Data Analysis: Work with financial data to identify trends, investigate discrepancies and provide meaningful insights.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist with budget monitoring, forecasting activities and understanding financial performance against expectations.
  • Financial Controls: Support financial processes, reconciliations and checks to maintain accuracy and compliance.
  • Business Collaboration: Work with finance colleagues and wider business teams to understand requirements, resolve queries and support effective decision-making.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve financial reporting, data quality and ways of working.

You'll develop a practical understanding of how finance operates within a large commercial organisation, building transferable skills and experience that can support your future career progression.
