Delivers technical direction, interpretation, and alternatives to the infrastructure and database upgrade implementation across the full modernization lifecycle—from requirements analysis and entity-relationship design through prototype deployment and data migration validation. Works on unusually complex technical problems tied to the database upgrade and determines courses of action necessary to achieve desired results.
