GenAI: Hands-on work in GenAI over the last 1–3 years, including LLM integration, prompt engineering, RAG, MCP, Agentic AI, orchestration frameworks, and inference optimization. Experience supporting a platform transition while tactically diagnosing and solving challenges in complex legacy software stacks. Strong API designer, with a demonstrated history of working effectively with front-end, data engineering, quality, and operations teams. A team player who works hard, admits his/her strengths and weaknesses and has the flexibility to improve by learning new things. Rockstar qualifications Broad full-stack experience consisting of Front-End, Services, and Data layers. Experience with designing, planning, and implementing back-end services/microservices, and APIs. Experience with Node.js, C#, ASP.NET, TypeScript/JavaScript Experience driving agile teams and leveraging SCM, CI/CD, and robust build/test/profiling automation (Git, Jenkins, NPM, Spinnaker) Experience with web and public/private cloud services (AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Nginx/Apache) Demonstrated history of developing frameworks that are effectively leveraged by other developers. Designed and built GenAI-powered applications using foundation models, RAG pipelines, and agent-based architectures.
