Requisitos necessários: Ensino superior completo em cursos de tecnologia; Inglês avançado ou fluente (mandatório para alinhamento com times e padrões globais); Sólida experiência em desenvolvimento de software Backend com Java (Spring Boot / Reactive Stack); Experiência com Arquitetura Hexagonal, Programação Reativa e Microsserviços; Vivência prática em ambientes de Nuvem (Google Cloud Platform - GCP e/ou AWS) e orquestração de containers (Kubernetes / GKE); Conhecimento em boas práticas de Segurança da Informação (OAuth2, gestão de vulnerabilidades e DevSecOps); Experiência prática com ferramentas de Observabilidade e Monitoramento (ex: Dynatrace, Datadog, OpenTelemetry); Habilidade comprovada na liderança técnica, mentoria de desenvolvedores e facilitação da resolução de problemas complexos.
