Buscamos um profissional estratégico para assumir o protagonismo da inteligência operacional em nossa estrutura de atendimento. Você será o responsável por definir, implantar e garantir a entrega dos indicadores (KPIs), atuando desde a modelagem dos dados até a execução de planos de ação para otimização de resultados. Funções que serão desempenhadas: Inteligência e KPIs: Definir e implantar a matriz de KPIs de eficiência operacional (SLA, TMA, Produtividade, Eficiência, Margem), garantindo que a operação entregue as metas estabelecidas. Planejamento e Dimensionamento: Elaborar e gerir o forecast (previsão) e o acompanhamento real-time, garantindo a assertividade das escalas e recursos. Análise de Dados e Melhoria Contínua: Identificar oportunidades de melhoria de resultados através de modelagem financeira e análise de processos (custos vs. margem). Gestão de Ferramentas: Desenvolver e gerir ferramentas/dashboards de acompanhamento de resultados. Report Executivo: Criar apresentações e relatórios de alto nível (Storytelling), traduzindo dados complexos em insights acionáveis para a diretoria e conselho. Requisitos necessários: Experiência em Operações: Sólido conhecimento em métricas e dinâmica de Call Center/Atendimento. Metodologias de Gestão: Conhecimento em resolução de problemas (PDCA, Green Belt e Lean Six Sigma). Finanças Operacionais: Capacidade de realizar modelagem de custos e projeções financeiras. Estatística: ominar ferramentas e conceitos de análise preditiva e controle de previsibilidade. Capacidade Analítica: Transformar dados brutos em estratégias concretas. Gestão de Stakeholders: Habilidade para interagir e influenciar múltiplos níveis hierárquicos. Diferenciais: Inglês intermediário Experiência prévia em Consultoria de Gestão ou Projetos Estratégicos. Conhecimento em automação de processos (RPA ou Python voltado para dados).
