Job Description We are looking for an Officer Payment Investigations to join our team in a 40–60% part-time role. In this position, you will be a key point of contact for complex matters arising in day-to-day payment operations and you will work closely with teams across Europe and Asia. Investigate complex payment cases, respond to enquiries and handle complaints relating to outgoing payments. Review account closure instructions and coordinate the necessary steps with the relevant specialist teams to ensure they are carried out accurately and on time. Contribute insights from day-to-day operations to the ongoing development of payment processes.
