Job Description We are looking for an Assistant and Receptionist (f/m/d) to join us on 1 April 2027. Your main responsibilities will include: Supporting client advisors with client enquiries and organisational and administrative tasks, particularly correspondence, formalities, documentation, calendar management and compliance. Independently preparing for and following up on client meetings and prospective client meetings, including gathering relevant information. Monitoring client portfolios for upcoming maturities and outstanding matters. Receiving and independently processing orders relating to securities, foreign exchange, derivatives and payments. Welcoming and assisting clients and visitors in the client area, creating a pleasant atmosphere and ensuring that meetings run smoothly. Handling calls professionally and discreetly, directing them to the appropriate contacts and ensuring timely follow-up. Helping to ensure the smooth running of the reception area, suggesting improvements and supporting other local tasks, such as incoming and outgoing mail. Requirements You have completed a banking apprenticeship or commercial vocational training. You have several years of experience assisting client advisors in private banking, working at reception, or in a comparable service-oriented role with discerning clients. You have a strong service mindset, take initiative and work in a structured, reliable and independent manner. You are confident using standard Microsoft Office applications and have good general IT skills. You communicate confidently in German. Good knowledge of French and English is an advantage.
