Create risk mitigation strategies as required Establish an effective working relationship with our offshore development centers Job Qualifications : Experience 3–5+ years as a Business Analyst or related Experience in Financial Services or Digital Banking, Collection & Recovery, Retail Lending, Wealth Management will be highly advantageous. Able to convert business needs into clear technical specifications Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills Analytical thinking, systems problem solving, collaborative mindset, adaptability, fast learner Ability to work effectively in Agile environments, facilitating requirement discussions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business value and continuous improvements.
