Job Description Plan, initiate and manage projects from discovery to handover; define scope, objectives, success criteria and deliverables aligned to business strategy. Coordinate and lead cross‑functional Agile squads (e.g. Product, UX, Tech, Data, BA, Change Management) to ensure coherent execution and continuous delivery. Facilitate Agile ceremonies as appropriate (e.g. Program Increment Planning (PI),Sprint planning, Standups, Demos, Retrospectives); remove impediments and optimize team performance. Drive stakeholder engagement, governance and executive reporting; maintain transparency via roadmaps, milestone trackers and dashboards. Ensure requirements traceability, quality assurance, UAT coordination and production readiness; oversee handover, runbooks and operational support alignment Job Qualifications : 5+ years managing projects in IT, digital or banking environments; experience in technology‑led transformations preferred. Strong project planning, scheduling, budgeting and risk management skills. Prior experience or business knowledge in Collection & Recovery, Retail Lending, Wealth Management, Banking will be highly advantageous. Understanding of banking products, digital channels, system integrations and data considerations. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation and leadership skills. Strong problem solving, decision making, prioritization and change control capabilities. Collaborative, resilient, results‑oriented and able to operate in fast‑paced environments.
