Definir, registrar y presentar oportunamente los costos de producción y ventas. - Llevar registro del costo promedio de todas las materias primas, insumos y otros materiales utilizados para la producción, empaque y distribución o venta. - Determinar y mantener actualizados los costos operativos y de mano de obra relacionados con la producción y venta de la empresa. - Realizar el registro contable y entrega oportuna de los reportes relacionados con los costos de producción y ventas (por punto de venta y centro de costo) acorde a la planificación de cierres contables para su análisis financiero - Monitorear, actualizar y advertir por variaciones en los costos de menús que se producen. - Asignar códigos y darle seguimiento a la creación en sistema de productos nuevos, asignando precios autorizados. - Calcular los costos de producción y venta a solicitud del área comercial y proponer precios de productos acorde a los márgenes autorizados por la gerencia. - Elaboración de comparativos de costos (mes anterior VS. mes actual y presupuesto) - Monitorear y dar visibilidad del impacto por eventos que afecten el costo en administración de inventarios y procesos productivos. 2. Realizar monitoreo permanente de los factores asociados a los costos de producción y ventas: - Monitoreo selectivo de los pesos despachados en menús, tanto de líneas aéreas como de empresas industriales y promover el cumplimiento de los estándares definidos en los contratos negociados con clientes. - Coordinar la realización de inventarios periódicos con el equipo contable, analizar diferencias y definir acciones correctivas, deduciendo responsabilidad que corresponda, elaboración de informe de inventarios. - Analizar desviaciones oportunas respecto al costos de producción y ventas, como mínimo una vez al mes. 3. Realizar los registros e integraciones contables de las cuentas de balance relacionadas con inventarios. 4. Cumplir con la entrega oportuna de requerimientos y obligaciones que por naturaleza del puesto corresponda entregar a casa matriz, auditorias y entidades fiscalizadoras 5. Elaboración de P&L para propuestas a clientes actuales y futuros (proyección del negocio) 6. Revisión del Kardex de inventario por bodega 7. Revisión constante de aumento de precios por cliente.
