Completes routine inspections, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of equipment and systems. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in mechanical trades or building maintenance preferably on commercial properties Certifications in one or more of the following fields: Boilers/Heating Systems, Mechanical HVAC, Refrigeration, Automated Building Controls. Must possess a thorough understanding of Industrial Boiler Systems, HVAC systems, Refrigeration Equipment, and/or commercial kitchen equipment. Ability to understand O&M manuals, diagrams, and troubleshooting guidelines for complicated systems. Must be proficient in building codes and best practices within industry standards. Must be committed to safety and operating within a stringent safety program. Hourly Pay Rate: $35.58-$42.44 To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.
