Job Title Mobile App Advertising and Growth Manager PH – MCC & WH Job Description Strategize, drive, monitor and optimize the performance of the Philips in-app advertising across the whole world. Your role will also be to guide and support the markets to best utilize this channel to drive sales, leveraging best practices and deploying them across the world. You will be a key partner for the Cluster Marketing team, in-house media, market organizations and other internal teams. A young, motivated team of professionals, Philips in-house Content Performance team, which consists of content managers, strategists and creatives located across the Amsterdam HQ and regional hubs in Asia, Latam and North America. This position is based in Amsterdam office. Your role: Create the strategic approach on how to maximize the impact of the in-app advertising Working closely with media strategy team to incorporate this channel into the consumer journey and holistic media ecosystem for all new product launches. Driving in-app media channel performance: analyze the data, identify improvement opportunities, strategize the creative solutions and work with the creative team on the execution. Designing and overseeing the localization, upload, optimizing the assets from central toolkit/content calendar Collaborating closely with the app development team and always be up to date on the latest inventory changes Working closely with the Cluster Marketing team to deploy the content learning and insights from past activations Defining what good looks like, setting up KPI framework for this channel, deploying best practices to the content team across the world. Guide and support market organizations across the world on how to make most of this channel Turning app engagement into revenue through subscriptions/services. You’re fit if: Master or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field with the focus on digital. +5 years of experience in digital media agency or app experience is a plus Has worked with subscriptions, memberships, freemium/premium, rental or paid digital services Expert knowledge on driving campaign performance Team collaboration – a track record of working closely and smoothly with cross-functional, high-performing teams with different objectives. Ability to consume large amounts of data and draw insights that drive the channel performance forward through optimizations. Experience in test & learn methodology Very good knowledge of digital ecosystem, media and communication strategies. Proven ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast paced and deadline driven environment. Experience managing internal and external stakeholders. Excellent communication, time management, team management and organizational skills Compensation & benefits Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is Min. € 61,185.00 – Max. € 101,976.00. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations. This role is eligible for a 3% incentive with your rewards linked to your KPIs/company results.
