As an Intern, you will support teams and participate in projects, focusing on learning and gaining exposure to PwC's practices. You will perform basic tasks and conduct research while observing professional work environments, contributing to the team's success. In this role within our Advisory practice, you will have the chance to work on a variety of assignments, each presenting unique challenges and scope. You will be encouraged to ask questions, take initiative, and produce quality work that adds value for our clients. Responsibilities - Supporting teams in delivering comprehensive deal value services, focusing on post-merger integration and value realization - Participating in the analysis of business processes to identify opportunities for optimization and value creation - Assisting in the development of strategies for operational improvement and synergy analysis during mergers and acquisitions - Engaging in client management activities to foster strong relationships and facilitate successful integration outcomes - Contributing to carve-out planning and operational separation efforts in divestiture projects - Collaborating with advisory consultants to provide strategic advice and due diligence support for business transactions - Observing and learning from experienced professionals to gain exposure to PwC's practices and methodologies - Applying a learning mindset to develop skills in business administration and change management What You Must Have - Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree - Client service intern positions are entry-level and job seekers are traditionally either in their 3rd year of a 4 year degree program or in the 4th year of a 5 year program. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
