Responsibilities : Managing accounting operations including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL) and performing detailed ledger reviews. Strong knowledge of month‑end closing activities, including preparation of MIS, Balance Sheet (BS), Profit & Loss (PL), reconciliation reports, and variance analysis. Expertise in performing reconciliations such as prepaid, unbilled, unaccrued expenses, provisions, accruals, and processing PO and Non‑PO based invoices Handling end‑to‑end bookkeeping, vendor reconciliation, payments, fixed asset accounting (including schedules & depreciation),Forex, intercompany reconciliation, staff reimbursements, and bank reconciliations. Responsible for finalization of accounts, drafting financial statements with schedules as per GAAP, and preparing detailed audit schedules and reconciliations. Performed Quality checks and reviews of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards. Comprehensive knowledge of TDS, GST, and other statutory compliances, including GSTR‑1, GSTR‑3B, and GSTR‑2B and 26AS reconciliation. Preparing and analyzing AP & AR aging reports to support working capital and risk management. Mandatory Skill Sets AP, AR, GL, Prepaid, Fixed Asset. Preparation of Financials under IGAAP, schedule preparation.
