About the Role A ForMotion Lab Technician supports the fabrication, maintenance, and repair of prosthetic and orthotic devices according to prescription and under the guidance of certified clinicians. Ensures work meets quality standards and maintains a clean, safe work environment. What You’ll Do Key Responsibilities: Fabricates basic orthotic/prosthetic devices as instructed. Performs routine maintenance and minor repairs on devices and tools. Tests devices for movement, alignment, and basic stability. Completes assigned work orders accurately and on time. Maintains organized, clean lab workspace. Adheres to all safety and quality procedures. Who You Are Required Skills & Attributes Strong patient-first mindset and commitment to service Servant leadership style with a collaborative, team-oriented approach Team player & collaborative High level of integrity and ethical conduct Results driven, growth-oriented and organized Analytical problem-solver with strong attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. 0–2 years of industrial or hands-on technical experience (machine shop, auto repair, etc.). Comfortable with tools and physical labor. Must be available during clinic operating hours and able to uphold policies with professionalism and fairness.
