Tools & Data Comfort: Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office, with comfort working with data, documentation, reconciliations, and approved digital tools. Exposure to Efront, Power BI, Power Query, Alteryx, automation, or other investment systems is an asset. Communication & Collaboration: Professional written and verbal communication skills, and ability to interpret and summarize accounting, reconciliation and disclosure issues logically. Learning Mindset & Team Contribution: Intellectual curiosity, eagerness to learn, openness to feedback, and the ability to work constructively within a team and perform effectively in periodic, higher-pressure situations.
